Disclaimer
Please note, that shipments to some areas (i.e. islands) or shipments of long/bulky items can increase shipping costs. If any changes in shipping costs occur, our team will inform you before processing the order and any extra shipping costs need to be approved by you.
This service does not include deliveries that imply lifting through windows or balconies, affixing on walls and ceilings or electrical installations.
In any case and before placing the order, the buyer must check the measurements of the products, as problems with them passing or fitting through doors, lifts, stairs, corridors or at the place of delivery are at their own risk.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional Free Shipping rates are subjected to destination, order price and volume criteria validation and extra shipping fee may be charged after buyer approval.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Showroom in Largo das Palmeiras, 9, 1050-168, Lisbon, Portugal. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days if in stock. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following European Economic Area countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at salles@forhaus.design, with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@forhaus.design with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and it's packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Keep the original packaging until the end of the resolution or until further instructions.
Delivery Times
If the product is in stock, it will be dispatched immediately after payment has been received.
If the item is currently out of stock, it will be ordered for you after you place the order. The delivery date for this item can only be confirmed once the supplier confirms with the Forhaus team the date. Please contact us if you need an estimated date before purchasing the item.
Delivery times of custom-made products can vary from 3-4 weeks. The exact date of delivery will be given once the payment is made. Please note that customised items cannot be returned.
If a product is no longer available as it is either no longer manufactured or stocked by us, we will be happy to advise you on possible alternative products.
Delivery of products to remote locations may take longer due to the constraints associated with the type of transport used.
